The Sondur lumbar cushion features a smart memory foam core that expands automatically when you unscrew the air valve. The firmness is also fully adjustable. Simply blow into the air valve to adjust the firmness so it’s perfectly comfortable for you.

How to Use It?

Setting up the Lumbar Cushion

  1. Unscrew the air valve - the memory foam will automatically expand as air rushes in
  2. For firmer support, blow additional air into the valve until you reach your desired comfort level
  3. Screw the valve closed to lock in your perfect firmness
  4. Position the cushion against your lower back, adjusting up or down until it feels most comfortable and supports your spine's natural curve

Packing up the Lumbar Cushion

  1. Unscrew the air valve to release all air
  2. Roll the cushion tightly as air escapes
  3. Slip it into the carry bag for easy trave

What a difference!

The Sondur seat cushion and lumbar support exceeded my expectations. It made a long (and usually painful) flight much mor comfortable. It inflated and deflated super easily. It was well worth the extra space in my carryon tote.

Well worth the price

Test drove this cushion on a 6 hr flight. I was impressed! Didn’t feel the need to stand up once. Was easy to inflate and easy to adjust. It also went back into the bag without too much struggle, which I truly didn’t think it would. I even went back and bought the lumbar support, that’s how helpful this cushion was. In 6 weeks, I’m headed from Canada to Africa, that will be the real test, but so far, money well spent.
