The Sondur lumbar cushion features a smart memory foam core that expands automatically when you unscrew the air valve. The firmness is also fully adjustable. Simply blow into the air valve to adjust the firmness so it’s perfectly comfortable for you.

How to Use It?

Setting up the Lumbar Cushion

  1. Unscrew the air valve - the memory foam will automatically expand as air rushes in
  2. For firmer support, blow additional air into the valve until you reach your desired comfort level
  3. Screw the valve closed to lock in your perfect firmness
  4. Position the cushion against your lower back, adjusting up or down until it feels most comfortable and supports your spine's natural curve

Packing up the Lumbar Cushion

  1. Unscrew the air valve to release all air
  2. Roll the cushion tightly as air escapes
  3. Slip it into the carry bag for easy trave

Much more relief than expected

Used it for the flight from Orlando to Denver on Southwest Airlines. At first I had it inflated to almost maximum. That was too much, I deflated it by about 10-20% and it felt much better. The "fanny fatigue" was decreased considerably! It's worth the money.

I love my travel cushion, but my husband does not like his

While I have enjoyed the travel cushion, mu husband does not feel the same way. We flew a couple of weeks ago, and his biggest issue is the cushion lifts him up in the seat and causes his legs to push father into the seat in front of him. This makes an already tight seating situation worse.

8 hr econ roundtrip flight

Bought the seat and lumbar cushions. Sat thru a round trip 8 hr econ flight. The cushions does help to relieve the backaches and makes the 8 hr definitely more bearable. I would say the cushions are a necesity for long econ travel, especially for the elderly.
